Palmer M60 & P60 Engines Rebuilt by DYS
Rebuilt & Shipped to Maryland
This Palmer M60 Engine & direct drive Transmission
were remanufactured by DYS for an local client.
When his boat plans changed, the engine was sold
by DYS and shipped to the east coast. The cold grey
color was accented with a bright blue flywheel and oil
pan. It will be installed into a restored motor launch.
Rebuilt & Shipped to Minnesota
This Palmer P60 Engine and transmission were
remanufactured by DYS for a customer in Minnesota.
Critical to this rebuild was a complete redo of the
distributor, which had an after market electronic
ignition, but a broken advance system below it. The
engine performed great on its test run, and was
shipped back to the Customer in Minnesota.
Rebuilt & Shipped to Maine
This Palmer M60 engine was shipped to DYS, after it
got water in the oil. DYS completely dis-assembled
the engine and discovered a faulty head gasket. All
parts were cleaned, painted and rebuilt. The engine
was test run, then crated and shipped back to the
Customer in Maine.
Rebuilt & Delivered to Los Angeles
This Palmer 60 was the start of a restoration project
on a 34’ Columbia. It had water in the oil, so DYS
rebuilt the Engine, Transmission, and V-Drive Gear,
then test ran it. The completed engine was delivered
to the Customer’s vessel in Los Angeles, CA.
Rebuilt & Shipped to Ohio
This Palmer M60 engine was shipped to DYS from
Cleveland, OH in need of a rebuild. It was
completely dis-assembled, cleaned and painted, and
rebuilt, with several upgrades before being test run.
After a successful test run, it was crated and shipped
back to the Customer in Ohio.
